Return conditions

  •  In the event that the reason for the return of the goods is faulty quality, the Seller undertakes to replace the faulty goods with goods of the correct quality at its own expense or to refund the money paid for the goods. The replacement or return of defective goods shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 6.363 and 6.364 of the Civil Code. 

    Returns of goods of insufficient quality are made in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. The buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract or a contract concluded outside the retail premises within 14 days, with the exception of the exceptions provided for in the Retail Trade Rules and Article 6.228-10(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. 

    When returning the goods, it is necessary to provide documents confirming the purchase of the goods and the conditions set out in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania concerning the exchange and return of goods:
    - the returned goods are in their original, undamaged packaging;
    - the goods have not been used;
    - the goods have not been damaged;
    - the goods have not lost their merchantable appearance, i.e. the original labels and protective films have not been removed from the goods;
    - the returned goods are in the same condition as when received by the Buyer.

    When returning an item, a request must be made with detailed order information: order number, date, item, price, delivery date. The request must include an account for the refund. In case the refund is made to an account other than the buyer's, a power of attorney issued by the buyer to the third party to accept the refund is required.
    The Seller is unilaterally entitled to deduct the amount of the additional discount granted from the customer's refund if the customer has taken advantage of the additional discount of the offer and subsequently cancelled (returned) at least one quality product from the offer to which the discount was applied. 

    The Seller undertakes to refund the money within 14 days after the authorised repairer confirms that the product is in good condition, i.e. no damage, no defects, no replacement parts, the serial number of the purchased product and the serial number of the returned product are identical, etc.
    The above provisions on warranty, replacement and return are only applicable to natural persons purchasing goods for personal use.

    The amount paid for the delivery of the goods shall not be refunded to the buyer.
